Hey tghe brightness in the settings doesntg change the brightgness

So what's brightness stuck at? And is there a alternative way to change it? Manually?

Just my spare change.

No it stuck in the middle, can't be changed.
Also camera flash doesn't work.
(Torch apps work tho)
