READ: For installs to ICS and JB, please read my thread located in my sig. - "Other splashs." The install instructions on this page WILL fail you should you do them. Things have changed since Gingerbread. Thanks.
Umbrella Corporation Login splash&boot.
Let me know what you think. I did the pictures, text and build the bootanimation. Thanks is at the end of this post.
Attention: This will ONLY work if you are on a kernel that has not given you the yellow triangle on your splash screen.
SPLASH
Just flash the .zip in CWM as usual.
BOOTANIMATION
Attention: Rename to bootanimation.zip, not flashable.
Copy the bootanimation into /data/local and, or /system/media. - This animation will "flash" between blank logo and saying "Authorization granted by: The Red Queen" - Those times when our Note's are slow at booting, it will switch to a loop of "Loading enviroment. -> . -> . (...)" (For the most it will just stop after flashing "Authorization granted by: The Red Queen" once. That's about 3 secs.. I have no time to test, lol. Tried for an hour. Never get to the looped part1. :P

Thanks to shinyu for the file.
Click here to go to the original post, with empty CWM flash file. Also in the comments there is some talk about how he did, with a hexeditor.

Well, you can use the bootscreen I just added. It says "Authorization granted by: The Red Queen"
Do you have the yellow triangle when you start the phone? If no, then you can flash the CWM.
With triangle, no. Sorry. :/

Great work Man,
How did you create the lfs file with a custom JPEG ?
Can you please publish the method ?
I found a thread in here, a while ago. Some guy followed a guide.. And he made a odin flash for manual replacement of "logo_q1", and then a CWM.zip with a logo_q1 file inside, for replacement. I dunno how he did them.. I just released that empty folder.. I will see if I can find the thread and post it. There was no guide, but maybe he knows. It was a very short thread.
I'm going to look inside the .zip, the script might be easy to read.. Anyways, I will look into it and see where he found this method..

What if I use Triangle Away from Chainfire and then try to use this mod ?
Will it work ?
It's awesome btw....
No,it doesn't work....
It shows
"logo_q1.jpg" draw failed
If that happens, try reboot into CWM again, fladh the file once more.. If it doesn't work, locate the logo file and push the new one in there, while you have the draw fail. I used Odin to flash an empty file and then replace the file in root explorer, then i found the CWM file, and it worked just as well. Sorry for the inconvenience mate.

I'm pleased you like it. I think it's nice that they work so well together.

Hi, i am using the MidNote rom 1.5, i followed your instruction of placing the "bootanimation.zip" file into /system/media
than i flashed via CWM the "ssgn_custom_param_lfs_cwm.zip" file, when rebooting i get the same fail draw msg.
i than tried using root explorer to manually put the logo file into the /mnt/.lfs folder,
reboted still same fail to draw msg...i noticed everytime i reboot, the file inside the /mnt/.lfs folder goes missing.
