ok so ive optimized my sgs II theme pack from galaxy ace
for LDPI
devices

Rom : Hybrid 2.1
Theme : Dysmenorrhea

1.Using cwm recovery installing complete.
2.Wipe data/factory reset and Wipe cache (so backup your data)
3.reboot
4.tested all new icon and it works..well done
