[Q] Homemade OTG cable - is that possible?

Hi,

I have read about homemade OTG cables for Xoom and other tablets, and now that Streak 7 is OTG ready (right? please correct me if not) through the dock I thought I could make my own OTG cable - a 30 pin PDMI to a full size female USB.

Here is a PDMI pins list http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PDMI where the 4th pin is the one responsible for OTG mode. Is this also true for Streak 7?

And is OTG enabled in 514 stock ROM?
