don't think that this build number will appear before the initial release of ICS.
anyways, as said earlier, Sony is trying to win time by saying "end" of June. I'm pretty sure that the US could receive the update by that time, but the nordics will definitely get it earlier. My guess is we will have 2/3 more weeks to wait ..

Yeah, that's the most probable version. I can't say anything about the dates now because it's all decided by the higher ups now, not small local offices.

You can use both cores now.. dont need ICS for that
