How to unistall the Andrioid ginger bread 2.3.7 version?

Hi,

I am using Motorola MB 200 mobile.. Recently i upgraded my mobile to Andrioid Gingerbread 2.3.7.. But i would like to upgrade it back to my original Motorola Version (2.1).. I am trying to update it, but it is throwing an error saying "Please modify the edify script (updater-script and update binary) etc.. I tried so many attempts but still unable to do that.. Can someone help me in removing the 2.3.7 and install back with 2.1 version?

Convert the edify scripting to a amend one.
