[Q] urgent , can't go to download mode lg lu6200

hello ,
i have an LG LU6200 , and im stuck at 2.3.5 version 141 , and i cant root my phone , i have read i must go back to 131 version , but i cant go to download mode with the combo volume up + power button.

do i have a locked bootloader ? do i can unlocked it ?$

put the phone completely off on the cable with volum up pressed and wait to appear download mode

I was able to go to download mode , but when im traying to flash the rom via KDZ app , i see this in the Log and my phone stuck at downloaded mode and dont load the program

select 3gqct phone mode cs emergency and kdz file 128 rom
launch software update
ignore all dll error and wait phone to reboot
