Yes it is odd it's watermarked, but it's still a release RUU
This RUU is a bit odd. Lots of Verizon items in framework and libs.

I see what you mean. It's strange that HTC would release release keys on a test rom.

It can be taken off.. Endeavour ROM had the same watermarks.
