Smart Tag and Oyster card

I had the P4U orange package which didn't come with any smart tags to play with.

However i noticed that my Oyster card ( london underground) is picked up as a new TAG collected but as an unknown Tag Type. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge in this area to use this TAG to log into TFL's website into my oyster account and tell me how much fund i have left?

Now that will be real cool if possible.

Well that can be done with the included smart tags
(you can open a url via the tag)

Oyster cards things use a proprietary protocol and are usually encrypted. You won't be able to read it with the Xperia S. Ever.

If you want to login on whatever website to see account details it will work
