Thats what i have in mind. Codename is the most stable rom i've used. I didnt ask about ics, Because every ICS custom rom uses night-elf kernel..
And im not ready to unlock my bootloader yet..
Maybe i'll just wait until you've finish the i-scream for unlock...
So you can release the locked bl version of it..

Regarding the Full Xperia S upgrade by mpiekp, I understand the apps included in the rom are updated by this upgrade? like dialer, messaging etc?

if yes, how can I only update these (maybe add some spesific missing ones like email) but not flash the whole package? I want to keep the rom slim...

Can I just keep the apks I want in the zip file and delete the rest? Or do I risk messing up the package?
