Changing SGSII ICS to work on CG?

if you mean "porting", I see little to no chance of porting SGS 2 into Glide (IMHO).....Glide has NVIDIA Tegra and SGS 2 has Mali-400 Exynos....plus, we have a QWERTY HW KB...

Well, in theory all of that should be supported in AOSP, so it might just be a matter of rebuilding the kernel with the appropriate configuration. Unfortunately work is so insanely busy for me these days I just have no free nights (or even weekends) to try it.

I missed you man (no homo), yeah, AOSP should support, LG Optimus 2x has CM7 with the same processor. Carpenoctem, the author of OsiMood ROM (first custom ROM for glide), is also busy porting CM on Glide, but he requests some help from other devs specially with the device. romanr, I believe is also researching, and uknatos successfully ported CWMR. So we have progress.....

The problem is that nVidia is only supporting devs that pay for it for the Harmony Tegra 2 chipset. So until one of those leaks, it will be very hard to have a decent compile of ICS for this or any other harmony based phone.

The tegra has been out for almost a year now with the Atrix being released in March 2011 iirc...when do you think that leak will be?
