1. Place .zip onto internal SD card
2. Reboot into CWM
3. Wipe Dalivk Cache
4. Wipe Data\Factory Reset
5. Fix permissions
6. Install from sd card, choose the zip
7. Reboot the phone after it's done Installing
8. Let it simma down now.
