So been going good with the updated version of 1.3.1 market has yet to give me any issues. I did have a issue with my contacts not appearing and the phone lagging out, but a soft reset and everything has been good since.

I had issues with my effing contacts not calling me back....so I deleted them, rebooted, sync with gargle....all is good to go! But now I don't have the wife's number....
If I can be of any Assistance, just PM.
