how can i personalize lockscreen shortcuts?
and how can i change the idlescreen?
i can t find this settings
thanks
You are only allowed to use the same lockscreen shortcuts that you put on the navbar on your homescreen.
It's a limitation of ICS Sense, and there's nothing anyone can do about it unless a dev takes apart the Sense framework itself and wades through smali to fix it.
At this point in development, there are bigger fish to fry, so i think this is going to be one of the "future tweaks" like APM, Extended Quicksettings, and RCMix Tweaks which will come later.
As for the lockscreen, the full Sense 4 (from One X an d One S) has it, but Sense 4A (from the One V) does not offer lockscreen customization as in you can apply social, weather, stock market etc lockscreens... Blame HTC for that!
My friend bought a One V today, and I compared it to my desire s running Virtuous Primadonna. One V has a much better display, half its brightness is equal to Desire S at max. My screen looked washed out in front of the One V, the colors on it were amazing. There was no speed difference at all. Then again, this is running on kernel 2.6 while that has full 3.0, plus, it's odexed. It's also noticeably thinner and lighter, but a bit longer due to its extended chin.
PS - You're right prox, htc will kill you for this ROM

I've always felt the DS screen was a little washed out... especially when comparing it to other phones... have had some really embarrassing moments with some friends when trying to show off the awesomeness of Android/Sense but putting it side by side with other phones usually (though not always) massacred the screen... Don't get me wrong, I love the phone... but the screen leaves much to be desire-ed!!
XDA Developers was founded by developers, for developers. It is now a valuable resource for people who want to make the most of their mobile devices, from customizing the look and feel to adding new functionality. Are you a developer?
