How to write my own app

Hi i hope im in the right section .. im trying to make my 1st app im using aide but not quit sure if im using the right app to do this.. what im trying to do is make an app i want to be able to click on a icon an make it goto a website.. if anybody can write me the source i can follow along and duplicate it with different icons going to different website.

Or if anybody knows of an app that i can use for begginers that would help also, maybe AIDE is not for begginers
