Abnormal Behaviour in Galaxy R

Hi,
I've gt some problem in ma fone.I am facing this issue from yesterday.
The issue is that the fone shutdowns abnormally

First time when i faced the issue, i was only using whatsapp from 2-3 hrs.. and all of a sudden it went black..shutdown
Even after restarting the fone, the same thing was happening..
after 2-3 attempts, it began to function properly

Second time was today, while listening to music.
After 3-4 attempts, it began to work properly.

First i thought that it mite be due to overheating. bt even after removing the battery for a while, it didn't solve d prob.

Now its 30days from d day i had purchased dis fone from letsbuy. i have 45day replacement guarantee from letsbuy.

I have a Question to u ppl, is dis genuine issue in android/Galaxt R ??
shall i replace dis fone and ask for Refund (Dnt feel like giving d fone)

Particularly d issue occurs at start-up process, i.e 'Media Scanner Running, Usb Storage ...etc'

Moreover m Using Stock Rom 2.3.5 with 8gb external_sd_card
and sd_card is 1-1.4GB free

similar thing happened to me also can you check the battery status was it the same as attached screen shot when u start ur mobile battery dropped more than 20 to 30 %.

How about flashing the stock ROM once again and clearing the cache by going into recovery ?

1. Void Warranty ?
2. Take Time

I want to confirm asap.
I can factory reset the phone, at least.

Well, i dont see a major drop in ma battery usage. Its pretty normal. I had charged d fone in morn up to 80%. After n hour of usage, i faced this prob. Uptill now i.e. upto 4hrs from prob, its working fine.

first try to factry reset your phone..
from settings - privecy !!
if it didnt help then re flash stock rom of ur country...
and flashing ur stock rom doent voids your warrenty unless u flash any kernal or root ur fone....

Update: uptil nw i.e. after 12hrs of usage, no problems faced...!!

That's good !

But if it starts to act up once again the first try a Factory Reset along with clearing the cache it might help.

i did factory rest and how can we clear the cache, i am on stock ROM with out rooting.
