Playstation store is now available for Xperia S, not sure for what regions, can anyone confirm?

I'm curious to know which regions it's available in too.
Also how I can access the playstation store if its not available in my region yet?
Some people are saying there's a new update out but I checked on my PC and there wasn't any, is this region specific too?

Because I'm from Canada and there's no release yet here for the Xperia S is Sony blocking any updates in this region?
