Yes, its on the opening post, right under the known bugs section where it says "mms causes signal drops"

So no, full wipe is not always a must. If you knew how notorious is Baad for not wiping his phone before flash, you'd be shocked.

You can change it yourself by going into root explorer and going /system/usr/keylayout and open cy8c-touchscreen.kl in the text editor and changing SEARCH to APP_SWITCH save and reboot!
