I think the issue of your lockscreen is due to "sleep to wake", To me the lockscreen works fine, try to reinstall the rom with these options:

Sleep to Wake: OFF
ZRAM: ON
SONY BRAVIA: ON
REMOVE: All Exept for HTC Sense
3D: Overlock
2D: Overclock
Governor: Badass Balanced
Scheduler: Cqf
Frequency: Default

When you restart the ROM, and then wait before releasing the Initial Configurations, will work after all, at least I did not like problems!

with these settings to me no problems, if you have your settings I think the only problem is Sleep to Wake!

It's sweep2wake and that shouldn't be the problem because I installed it(capacitive lights off) and it still works
