Hey guys... I was wondering if there is a CRT ON/OFF (or simply OFF) animations addon somewhere that I've missed... or perhaps it's incompatible with Sense 4.0? If anyone could point in me the right direction I'd be much obliged.

I have used this ROM for few weeks already. This ROM is awesome. But, somehow, after use it for a while, I notice it become not so responsive and lagging. Anyone has the same problem? and how to fix this problem?

I can confirm that's the case. In order to fix it I zip align all the apps, clear cache, dalvik and than fix permissions. It's bit time consuming but it gives me good results every time. Not sure if all the above steps are required, you might have to try yourself to figure it out...

I just need to do this one time only or how to do it regularly?

It's the same for me. I've started experience lags and freezes ...and since today several restarts without aparently no reason.

is there any way to get the desktop dock mode? seems like it's missing from sense 4. tried to install dock from 3.6 but it keep on crashing..... any suggestion will be appreciated. thanks.
