sorry if this has been posted somewhere already, but in attempting to brick the phone, after pulling the power cord, I have no dim red light at all, no response from the phone at all, on the charger or anything. is it okay to try and proceed with the downgrade? it seems completely bricked, I cant turn it on or anything.

EDIT: NEVERMIND, looks like the power cord was the problem, used a brand new OEM one and everythings gravy

Are you holding down the vol down key while plugging it in, also do you have the battery out?

Oh, also in windows device manager, check to see if you see a Qualcomm MMC Storage Controller when you plug it in with vol-down held.

Or if you really want, just pull the hboot.img (which is 1.40.0000) from the tools.zip and call it hboot_1.40.0000_signedbyaa.nb0, put it in a zip file with the android-info.txt from a stock RUU zip file, place it on your sdcard called PG86IMG.zip and boot to bootloader and flash it there.

Or... if you have the 1.13 RUU already, pull the zip file from that, delete everything else but that hboot image file and the android-info.txt file and same thing, SD card and flash from bootloader.
Thank you for your help the other day. I flashed 1.4.0000 when I flashed my recovery and both work great. I am now back to 1.4 s-off
