I have XP 32bit as well and no problems with PC Companion. First try uninstalling PC Companion. If it won't help, try different computer.

Can't get PC Companion to repair my device either, on two different PC's (XP and Win 7)

This is where the failure occurs:

09:34:41,86 [PhoneUpdate 12/03/20] CWizFlash failure detected
09:34:50,59 [PhoneUpdate 12/03/20] CWizFlash no firmware available reported.
09:34:50,63 [PhoneUpdate 12/03/20] Add statistic: Function: Phone Repair, Completion status: Fail, Error: No firmware available

Any suggestions??

Maybe you have moved the firmware files to another location.
Try to delete pcc and all files and folders related then install again.

Tried and failed.

SEUS states my device has the latest firmware and won't even give me the option to reinstall.

Can you attempt a repair and see if it works?

I realize you don't want to reformat your device but I can't figure out why it works up until the point of flashing and then fails.

Er... Id rather not try. "don't try to fix what is not broken. Reinstall the pcc and make sure you have admin privileges and try again. Also make sure you try other usb ports because some ports may be legacy usb or broken. Your XP also needs to have service pack 2 minimum.

Don't blame you

I'll give your suggestions a shot and see if it helps.
