Hmm never had that issue im on m4 now tried to flash it 3 times and no problem try clearing dalvik cache and cache then flash it again maybe it will fix it.

Yeah running the latest did it not get fix with the cache wipe? Does it happen only when you flash the dark theme or with the app?

cache wipe didnt help. reflashed glitch...no help. reverted..ok again.

just flashing theme with bat.mod.

i thought the apps was just themed apps?

I will update the theme tom v1 on cm9 don't have the time now so tired from work about the black phone if you mean the phone dialer theme I will see if I have the time this week really busy from school + work + life

Yes you need to flash it try the new update on aokp updated it to v1.0 with minor theme tweaks
