I tried twice with my original download I checked md5 and they matched. Redownloaded again and flashed and still had no lock ring to unlock the phone and go through setup

Sounds like fusion is missing on your install.

Sorry if I missed this along the way, but is the IMAGIKA rom basically the same as this one (for 3d) just with the updates? Recently switched to this rom and love it, and would like if we could get it with the not so new (thanks sprint/HTC) ICS goodies.

My buddy loves your og rom btw he even got another friend to get it lol. He said it was a little laggy but he expected that from a 3vo port.
