I've used a changed OPS file to just flash baseband (AMSS) before and it worked like a charm. Seems like it would be a lot less work for the same result.

Well the safest way for our project is to provide the ROM without the bootloader, if we just remove a line on the ops, the bootloader file will still be present and I don't know, maybe someone might forget to use the modified ops or something and that'll be risky again. Haha but as you've said, you've used that method so I'll test it myself later. I'll upload the new OPS if everything will go well and credit you too.

yeah, haha what a bummer...I'm finding my way out of this problem before buying a jig, a jig is a usb that we plug in to uor device and it'll save our way back to download mode.
