No offense, but I doubt that's the problem. Or at least, I doubt that's what would be required to fix my problem. Like I said, I wiped before installing 2.1.2 and the 2.1.3 incremental. So, I was basically installing 2.1.3 over 2.1.3. I doubt adding the 4G icon to the file would cause this particular problem. But, I could be wrong.

No, I don't have that option. That was the first thing I checked before posting.
Sorry really cannot use.
I am using sensation xe with beats audio already...
But still cannot have beats sound...
Sensation XE and Sensation are the same phone, except XE has better headphones, processor overclocked to 1.5GHz and beats logo on the back cover (and red button lightning). I really don't know why Beats isn't working for You and all other, on my phone works just like it should, and all audio presets work just fine (on Sennheiser CX300 headphones)
Flashed that and every sound setting seems equal to me plus bricked & Anthrax indistinguishable soundwise

If you're that dumb you shouldn't be buying something that you don't understand. (Let alone wasting your{our } time posting here) Colour by numbers page for those who fail
The beats icon does appears but the sound doesnt make any difference. Should i flashthe full rom???
Did You came from any other build of this rom and upgraded? If upgrading first flash 2.1.2 with cashe+dalvik wipe, boot, reboot to recovery and then flash 2.1.3 without wipe. I did exactly the same update and beats works just fine. Try to uncheck and check beats and see if theres any difference. Try if other sound presets are working for you and if they do beats should work just fine then. If not then I don't know whats the problem...
In the notifaction bar the settings text is cut off. So is the clear button when it is there. I have uploaded a pic so you can see.
This has been covered at least three times. Go to ordroid tweaks and select Notificationbar Caption (whether you type text in or not doesn't matter) then select ok so it restarts the status bar.
