[MOD] Stock rogers rom - battery % [MOD]

Hey guys this is for the stock rogers rom only. it's a battery % mod i created in UOT, also has a ics blue scroll, menu dividers and bars.

I have been trying to edit code using apkmanager to get a CRT off animation, if someone can figure it out and maybe pm, than i can post a new file for everyone

Instructions
1) Put file on SD Card
2) boot into cwm
3) Wipe Dalvike cache
4) Install from zip
5) Reboot

for CRT animation, go to res/values/bools.xml. change the animate screen lights line to false.

I've done that, I've decompiled framework, changed values, recompiled and than copied resources to the old framework file. Still nothing.
