Exactly! i thought my SoDs was because I used Mobile Odin but I still had them after flashing with PC Odin..

So it seems there are several solutions, possibly hardware differencies

@neobuddy what modem are you using...do you get any SOD's...

I wasn't experiencing this before on I imilkas Rom though and I also had the same problem on my sgs i9000 on a AOKP Rom then I flashed a different Rom and no problems since on that device so I think its beta 3 related as I didn't experience it on beta 2 either :-|

no need to pull out the battery ...
hold power button for 7-10 sec the phone will restart..
sod's.. though should not happen

can any1 confirm whether the graphical glitch( black color seems grey) has been solvd in dis rom??

Don't blame the rom. SOD = 50% user error 50% hardware differences.

I have a theory thou. I'm 100% sure its radio error. And I belive it has to do with HOW you flashed the radio and with What CWM... for instance. I have only had one SOD and not with this ROM. But with the particular ROM I flashed it ALSO flashed radio in ICS CWM... maybe the radio HAS to be flashed on Gingerbread kernel CWM... and find the one that does not give you SOD...

Going to charge fully then flash ZCLP1 will post back my results my xxla4 is Gb so I guess using a ICS radio on pics might solve it for me this is my only issue and its weird it happened just today :-|

I am testing these settings, may be you guys like to test it too...

Under Performance in Euphoria Control:
Change minimum frequency to 500 MHz,
Governor to "Performance"
Check apply on boot.

Sleep of death, in most cases, is due to kernel.
The device frequency is too low that it cannot wake and RIL messes it more.

Never restore system apps and data.

Hmm yes I too also thought it was more Kernel related, will give these settings a go before I flash any new modems :) thanks
