This miui bases on Official final ICS (.587), so do not expect more than from official semc ics. Some apps are still from official semc rom (e.g. Radio) do not delete them, cause you may get FC's or loose features. Works with locked and unlocked bootloaders as well.
Bugs:
-you have to select keyboard by yourself: settings > input > default keyboard > xperia TM
Installation:
+it's good to have baseband 77 from .587
-flash any kernel for ics .587 through fastboot ot flashtool
-do full wipe including dalvik cache
-format /system partition (mounts & storage)
-install miuixperia-neov-3.x.x.zip through recovery
-boot up, restart to recovery (this is important)
-install multilang (optional)
-install control panel (optional)
-install patch (only mt15i users)
My config:
a) setcpu:
-min: 249
-max:1209
-virtuous or performance
-sio
b) swap (zram) 64-72mb
c) rammanager:
-balanced
-lock home in memory
Thanks and credits to:

They are working you have to accept miui China license. For me it showed up once I went to online themes the first time. LED - am pretty sure that miui doesn't support it yet
Installed, booted up once, then rebooted. Tried to use Wifi after that but it just connected but didn't transfer any data, and also wasn't turning off even though the Wifi toggle would say it was off. Toggled it a few times which resulted in a soft reboot and got stuck on the MIUI animation.
Removing battery and then booting seems to have fixed it. Wifi is now working. Will report if further problems occur.
Nice ROM otherwise...
