Which would be the best app to use to set the CPU? Voltage control or set CPU?

I dont agree..

If u are new to this i prefer voltage control. u can create a flashable zip in case u f*ck up your settings. also if u install the settings as a service u can cancel it when android is booted up.

If u use init.d scripts all settings are loaded during boot and u have no option to disable / cancel them. (only way is useing adb shell to rm /etc/init.d/S01..script..)

SetCPU is also very good, works great. only downside for me is no option to select I/O schedular.

Personal opinion use voltage controll

Well if u f*ck up then you got download mode and recovery anyway i prefer init.d cuz any app is unecessary bloat.

True.. but let me put this another way.
If u are a n00b use voltage control (nice sliders to adjust the voltage and all settings)
Iam no n00b but i use the app, i like it eazy! so no shame using that.

If u are a pr0 and have 1337 keyboard skills use init.d scripts.
init.d is in no way better or worse then voltage control or SetCPU.
Downside if u f*ck up u need to restore nandroid or remove init.d script by hand ( u know what iam talking about if u know what init.d script is).
