RC6 seems to bring the battery usage back to normal. It's noticeable right away, if you leave your phone sitting idle/asleep for an hour or so.

With ICS.
In Battery Monitor the the draw can stay at -2mA right after boot, with wifi, for a long time without me using the phone. Then the mA starts increasing.
When I use the browser, XDA or some other apps and ends it, it takes forever for the phone to settle around -75mA and maybe down to -45mA after many hours of inactivity(deep sleep)

With GB and Siyah, at the best I was down to -9mA in draw after a few hours of inactivity.

In both cases no sync, no background data, frozen the same apps, 2G, no UV etc.
I've tried several modems but can't figure out why the phones power draw has so high mA in deep sleep. No special wakelocks or alarms in BBS.
I'm now on v3.1rc6.
I always had the same behaviour. In the last couple gb releases I was able to get back to 2 mA drain after some time. Don't know what's the reason or why it wasn't there on the last releases though. Maybe it's just the calculation of the drain in battery monitor. We're not able to read a actual value it's just calculated.

In all honesty, I've found that all the ics siyah kernels have given me excellent battery consumption, but then, maybe I just had really awful consumption before.

Current setup No External SDcard
MIUI as Primary Rom
Aokp Hydrogen secondary
I can’t open gallery as it says no external storage available or use the camera, it says insert sdcard.

Is there a work around without using a sdcard?

Plus with the ExTweaks app I was able to lower the auto brightness settings and the lower the sleep CPU freq. Also changed the value before the 2nd CPU kicks in or turns off which should all save some battery

DONATE TO ME
Hi, is it just me or since 3.1 RC releases, phone heats up very much! Even tested it w/ RC6. Awhile ago I was watching 2 youtube videos. Eventually switching between these 2 videos that I noticed my phone to be hottest at that moment. The upper screen is extremely hot so as the camera part.

I have cleared dalvik and cache before installing rc6 and have also erase init.d script and reset to default profile.

After that I just re-set my undervolt:
200-825
500-925
800-950
1000-1050
1200-1250
1400-1350

Gov is default (ondemand) and IO is also default (CFQ)

In extweaks, I don't make changes to CPU.
In GPU, FREQ STEPS are 100, 160, 200 and voltages are 800, 850, 900.
Threshold are default from RC6 (85, 75, 100, 40) and so as staycounts (1, 1, 1)
In Screen, I just adjust vialj from 2-5 and min gamma to 2 and max to 15.
In Misc, I disabled logger, changed charging to 2 and the rest are default.

Can anyone try and help me fix this issue? I am on Wanamlite v11 XWLP8 rom, no other scripts. Thanks. I don't think the heat is normal and sometimes just having the screen on will already have some heat. This btw is on latest rc. which is rc6 but also same input on previous rc's.
