Looks like you were on mobile data and trying to download something (bad reception maybe?).

Don't think so .. Hmm btw when i off my mobile data and deep sleep .. com.android.phone & com.google.android.gsf still increasing .. I'm suffering bout this and It's drain alot battery

just freeze it, do not uninstall, and look, what happens. I've already freezed it, cos I do not use it, and my phone has no problem without it
