Maybe an Alarm Droid issue? I've even set the lowest fequenzy to 50MHz and never had any problem with any app.
I had the same problem with gentle alarm.... it happened just the morning after I flashed 3.2.2 when the phone was charging....

What's the problem ?! It only boots in CM9 !!!!
Dude be on CM9 kernel first before installing remix 1.8 then you can get back to Siyah.

Just have tested Gentle Alarm with and without charger connected. Works like a charm here. Starting properly from deep sleep and from 50MHz.

Btw. nice battery with 3.2.2.
No low brightness or any other energy saving action except uv.
Lots of running processes/widgets/live wallpaper/ in short: battery waste.
Awesome performance, very smooth all the time.

If he's on cm9 kernel, he won't be able to see the second rom. What he said he did looked correct ,I'd suggest he tries again

I'm not going to try all those settings and see how I go
I'm using a different modem though, I'e heard different modems use different amounts of battery .. so.. will try.. but only now realised you have a larger capacity battery!

Using my settings doesn't necessarily improve your battery. It fits my usage behavior.
My goal was to get smoothness without any lag (like iPhone) but with a fair battery.
It works even better then i'd expect. Battery life is the same like before but with a remarkable "performance push".
And yes, the BULP6 modem uses less energy for reception.

Edit: About the battery... i think it isn't 1900mAh for real. I believe it's about 1800mAh.

I'm basically at the point where I found my GB batery life was waay better than ICS.
I'm trying to claw back close to that position.
I need secondrom support, so looking at any combination of roms/kernals/uv/whatever to get me there (with acceptable performance).
