yes i was able to set custom apps in lockscreen
set lockscreen style to octo if you want 4 apps

i figured how to remove softkeys
u have to hold the power button down and press the cool looking design button thing in the top left corner of the power options

I don't have to do that, it's removed immediately when I uncheck the box for it.

ok, last question of the night. on the ROM u edited. u had a very simple clock widget. is there n e way to extract it from that ROM? so that i could add it to this one?

this rom looks so good to flash...but after reading the problems other users are facing, i'll wait on the fixes

Bleh, thing that's wrong on my device that I know of is the FFC and the things stated in the OP
