it happens sometimes on stock too,i got it twice,i swithced off the screen n the light were still there...

Whats's causing the phone to be awake?? i checked battery usage and the phone is awake some times...even when screen is switched off

I dont use
gps
wifi
auto sync
and most of the time 3g is turned off

I don't know, really. Maybe Kernel?

And problem should be fixed after full reflash, or don't use backup if exist. Really don't know why, I don't have problem like this, never had.

go to 'settings' then 'applications' then choose 'manage applications' after that choose the "all" tab then drag down until you find the 'contact storage then click it.. from there you can see the "clear cache" that's it
