Question on xperia s

Dear all,

I just bought an xperia s and I have 2 concerns:

- I see on "manage applications" that the total free and used ram is just above 600mb. The app "system information" also said the same. While it is advertised to have 1gb. Can u tell me why there is difference?

- I cant find the setting that enable vibration when the other end answers the call and when the call is ended. Can u tell me where the setting is or whether there is a application for this?

I think stock phone.apk doesnt have vibrate option.
