Maybe i found a bug: i noticed the phone is really slow in transition between 2g and 3g net. If the transition happens during a call, the call hangs. As a workaround i'm locking the net to 2g only, but it is annoying because internet is slower. Anybody has noticed this behaviour?
P.S. logcat says nothing about net change...
Hey lupo, been running beta 4 for a while now and I was wondering if you might be able to release a kang with the new baseband fix. It would really be great! I have tried adfad666 funny sim fix and I bootloop. Call and text work, but I have no data. Are you working on a funny SIM fix?

If you look for "funny sim" in the search menu of the forum, you can find two versions. Use the one that you haven't tried, and you should be fine. Fixed my P500 on Koodo/Telus.
Nice ROM, very fast and responsive, not to mention CM9 features.
Bluetooth doesn't seem to work with headsets for phone calls- dialer just hangs.
Wifi- not detecting 5g networks, nor ad hoc.
Battery runs down fast. Really fast. When connected to usb on PC (~350-500mA?) it actually keeps draining. At car charger (~1000mA) it maintains an even level with gps working. As a result, phone is also very hot (>45C degrees)- beyond normal heating while holding it on hands or protective cover...
Volume during call is extremely low- including speaker.

A bad day of diving is better than a good day at work
Chuck Norris doesn't call the wrong number. You answer the wrong phone:
Also, ROCKR fixed the baseband issue, it had something to do with Smali files.
You need to add them. But also, need to sign. So that's not something easy
Greets!
Nope, my fix was for data on normal Sims since my AOSP didn't have data... it actually isn't concerned with smalis, smalis I said, were for the sense port... it doesn't have those lg qualcomm files which prevents the data from being enabled...
Adfads patch is different from mine...
