Default Price Drop

FYI... in most AT&T stores the Jetstream is now $399.99 with a 2 year agreement or $549.99 outright without contract.... They are discontinuing the tablet but it is a great tablet for this price. So get'em while there still left.

That is a some good news. Seems that now at least we will have more people picking up this monster and may be larger community will help push things along for this deserving device.

short lived device.
Dead community.
RIP.

It would've served HTC better to release the jetstream in the mid of the EVOs life.

Default eBay - New Jetstream only $420. incl shipping !

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Brand-New...item1c27756221

Brand new, 420.00 including shipping. No contract obviously, by locked to AT&T. But then again there is always the $25.00 unlock process online.

Shipped from China, though.

But if it is protected by eBay, & they seem to have a good track record...maybe worth considering. I am.

However, with the Samsung Note 10.1 just around the corner, hmmm maybe I'll wait a little longer, as we don't have a price on this model yet.

But, good price for HTC Jetstream - Brand New !

Edit. Actually, your protected if you pay with PayPal, not eBay.

Yeah, at $420.00 its very tempting.

I think the closer we get to release date of the 10.1" Samsung Galaxy Note, the more the prices on the HTC Jetstream will drop.

But the updated news on Samsung redesigned and hardware upspec, it may be worth the wait. The new chip speed is the fastest on the tablet market. They are really taking on iPad 3 and I believe like many others, they will have the greatest impact on the market with this new device, with stylus to boot !

Check this site with some benchmarks.
http://www.androidauthority.com/rumo...nchmark-85727/

...."Based on that and on the amazing scores obtained by the device, we can speculate that Samsung will replace the Mali 400 MP with the new Mali T-604 GPU, a graphics chip that has never been used in a device before. ARM, the designer of both the Mali 400 MP and the Mali T-604 GPUs, claims that the new graphics circuit is 5 times as powerful as the old one, which itself was pretty snappy."
