It should work fine. APNs should work better as well. Seeing as how it's actually an AT&T baseband.

good deal. thank you. i've been too scared to flash a v20, so i've been waiting for this. i'm still on doomed froyo. will updating using the lg update tool work for me? update, root, install cwm, and i'll be set to go?

Though it isn't our ROM to fool with, someone knowing what to do should Fix Everything on Doomed Froyo so we could get back to Using it!
