Need help phone acting up? BP core mode trying to open usb!

Okay I recently rooted my phone like 2 or 3 months ago and then I flashed it to rom liberty 3 and it worked perfectly for about 2 months. I really don't do anything else to my phone and now my phone loses service all the time and a half black screen will flash saying something like BP core mode trying to open usb. It will flash for a couple minutes then it will turn off then when the phone is set it will say insert AIM card but card is in securely. What is the problem.

Completely incorrect section.

But, this is what I would do:

Wipe data/factory reset.
Format /system
Wipe cache/delvik
Reflash your ROM.

Still didn't work phone still messing up. I even used the Verizon one click unbrick method
