This guide was great till HR was released.
Just flash the HR package after flashing the i9100 rom, or just copy over the files to the zip in the right location.

So all I have to do then is just zip the following files and flash it in CWM over any i9100 rom (applicable ones) and I'm good to go

- META-INF
- System
- Modem.bin
- zImage

When I tried that it hung at the first splash screen. (Galaxy S II logo) IDK... I'm gona go punch a duck or something...

You probably downloaded the GB hellraiser.
When you go to github do not select downloads, actually press the zip button.







THEN!!!


Extract the file cause its not flash ready.


Open the Folder that contains everything and rezip the 4 files.
Inside the zip it should only contain:

META-INF
system
modem.bin
zImage

ZA4. 04 works on LP4. I've run it on 4 ROMs based upon LP4 firmware.

I have flashed the new ZIP file after trying several different ROMS but the zip file keeps aborting itself. I am not new at this so I think I am doing everything correctly but still no joy. There are so many nice Roms on the i900 thread but I can't seem to enjoy any except for the ones ported on our thread. Any advice??

I had same issues myself. I tried flashing zip and it would abort everytime. Im no expert at this stuff at all but i looked at other zipped kernels using root explorer and the files that it needs to flash was just in the folder. When i looked at entropy zip it has a file in a file that then it has the files to flash. So i extracted all the files then rezipped it so the files were just in 1st folder. Not sure if this makes sense but it sounded good typing it. Hope you can make sense of what i just described. I can now flash no problem other i9100 roms.

Could you please explain in more detail how you did what you did to re-zip the files....thank you....you have given me some hope......still not sure how you did everything.

do it urself no need for zip... u need to be spoonfed?
