Default Best free calling app?

I just lowered my minute plan to save some money. What's the best free calling over data app as I'm connected to wifi most of the time?

Sent from my MyTouch 4G using XDA

IF you have a Google Voice account use GrooveIP. It's like 5 bucks, but makes calls over WiFI using a VoIP protocol. Works like a champ.

And since it's data based you can leave it on and make calls via data over HSAP(+).

there's a free version of GrooveIP in the market too. It only does wifi calls and there's some other limitations, but it's worth looking at.

Funny because i bought GrooveIP to avoid minuets being deducted from my plan.

I can tell you i used WiFi calling exclusively at the house and it did draw minuets.

and

GrooveIP can also be installed onto non cell radio Android Devices, Tablets, cell phones with no SIM card and can be made to make/receive phone calls. Pretty awesome calling people from my Transformer, with the help of BT headset.
