I make a installation zip for Beats Audio and tested it works with the ICS you can compare it before you installing this and compare after how the quality music is improved.

Although I read that this effect is useless I am curious to try it now.

This file here is only 587 KB, the original file is 2358 KB. If you compare the contents of the two files it seems like there is a lot of stuff missing in bududroids version.

i doubt that version will break the equalizer or bluetooth and endless with bootloop... as far i check i just get the lib for fully improving the sound only and not affected on video codec and other just audio things and port it for GS II ...
i tested it and it will be fine and proved with other it has have a improvement mate...
I checked at the original thread their are a something in framework(its possibly risk about the bootloop happen)
and other things that make a bigger size file.. i don't know what exactly their function...
i still check it..

Just installed this on cm9 . Was wondering if there is anything visual in settings once phone has booted to confirm it has installed... thanks

Nope... You can check the which one file beats libs in a system/lib or system/etc or system/bin there are a configuration and library for beat_audio

thx for sharing gans.. i use poweramp for default music player..yes it work (i not change anything in poweramp setting before & after)..more powerfull in bass n treble.
maybe it just a stupid test
