Apparently there are multi touch issues for most non-nexus phones on ics.

voice search works on latest build (DL link from twitter).

Front camera seems to work fine, pictures are inverted when you take a snapshot. (cld be b/c portrait, did not try landscape).

I looked around for this, but can't put my finger on it, but how do you update roaming capabilities, i can *228, but can't get a keypad to pop up. Thanks in advance, sorry if this info is readily available & i missed it while searching.

Cheers!

Interesting. The new kernel seems to clear the multi touch issues up in the gb cm7 builds.

Some feedback / questions:

First off, great job Aero. I'm running the newest build (3/31 "unofficial") with the v9 ics kernel. O/C'd to 1.2.

I've had to do at least one battery pull per day (as the device has locked up hard), but otherwise everything has been working great.

I read that people are having better luck with the stock kernel, so just now I decided to re-flash (rebooted into 4ext, wiped cache & davlik, then flashed the 3-31 build again without flashing the kernel). Now I have a new issue: my widgets don't work. Some of them don't appear at all, and only 1 of 5 are clickable (aka tapping the widget to open up the program). I can add Jorte Calendar widgets, and the system acts like there's something there (I can grab and move the widget), but it's invisible, and tapping it does nothing.

Did I do something wrong in wiping cache / davlik to get the stock kernel back? Anyone else run into this issue with widgets not working?

edit: I just realized I forgot to mount /system when I reflashed. Could this be the culprit?

edit #2: Or can you not go back to the stock kernel by the normal method of cleaning cache/davlik and reflashing? All of my widgets are having major issues now.

edit #3: Went back to a nandroid, still having issues. After a few google searches it looks like problems with the widget engine / widgets not updating / showing up is a common problem within ICS. Not sure why it started happening all of a sudden though ...

If anyone has any troubleshooting tips for widget issues, let me know.

edit #4: Aaaaand we're back to normal. Got rid of the Jorte widgets that were bigger than 4 width (hint on another forum), also did a restart. Things seem to be functioning normally now.
