Since i don't have the device
I need some help
Can anyone share latest Asian framework-res.apk ?
I want to make ICS Frame with Multi Language Framework based on that

Arabic, urdu, persian rom

I live in Iran.
I bought one sgw which it has no Iranian guarantee, so it has no persian or arabic support. but one of my friends bought one with Iranian guarantee and it supports Persian, Urdu, Arabic and other RTL languages.
I used Hawazn cooked rom for persian support and it works fine. so the quastion is how can I access to framework-res.apk?
which one is more suitable for you? my cooked rom, or my friends original sumsong rom?
