Strange.. I flashed superwipe and then boot.img. I wanted to flash the rom, but when I tried to get in to recovery the screen just blinked and the phone reboots, hanging on the splash screen. I've tried to reflash the recovery, but it still doesn't work. Thoughts?
It is not a big lag. It is just after screen wakeup, first scroll. After that everything is good.
I had that also in the other versions.

I already answered exactly this question from you about a week ago.
The first seconds after you wake up your phone android reloads data from memory, just like windows does when coming from energy-saver. In that time the phone is heavily working, thus a lag is more than logical.
This will never go away and is there with whatever rom you use, stock or custom. It's by design.
And i would really prefer not to see that question by you in the future, because having to answer a question twice is boring, having to answer it to the same person twice is annoying.

I really appreciate your answer. But since other people say that they have no lags and that I must have done something wrong, I get confused.
Btw, never had this on DHD or sensation or even iPhone. And they are far less powerful. I still think that this will be solved, at least with modded kernel.
But I will not bother you and your precious time with that again. Mea culpa!

I honestly don't understand why people start to think you cannot get the latest OTA or radio when flashing ARHD 5.0.
I was on ARHD4, 1.28 fw and previous radio, flashed boot.img as clearly recommended in fastboot, did a superwipe as recommended, flashed ROM and now on latest radio and fw, no issues at all. Thanks Mike for your hard work!
Don't think the radio update without flashing an OTA is so simple ..... check back a hundred pages or so. In 100% sure that the previous ROM upgrade alone did NOT upgrade my radio despite the indication in "Settings, About ..... " that it had ......

Thanks Mike and ARHD team.
