First You have to install CWM

-Smooth scrolling

-Galaxy Note Theme Notificationbar
-Recovery rebooting added
-music quality improvement
-custom kernel(overclock 1.5Ghz, save more battery)
-HSPA network fake to LTE
-30 language support

How to Use Overclock?
-You can use overclock through "Set cpu" app

-how to set language?
I set language in English, but I can't confirm it because I'm in Korea
If I set language in bulid.prop English, it change automatically in Korean

I'm afraid that you have to set English your own.
English : setting-lanugae/keyboard
Korean : 설정-언어 및 키보드설정

-little problem
I think that elastic scrolling bump with music.apk's library
So, If you want to use music.apk, use this patch
(I attach patch file in this post)
it also use CWM

How to Install

-you have to "data wipe/factory reset" and "dalvik cache wipe"
-and Install this rom from sdcard

camera on 2.2 rom is good, but 2.3.3 is really bad
can you add notication bar as on samsung s2?

yah for me its also showing....1190mhz...

Just flashed the rom on 321 AT&T Dell Venue, works good. Was automatically in English, which is good. I noticed that the dialer still had some korean characters in it. Also, confirmed that I only get 1190MHz in SetCPU. The boot into recovery function doesn't work, it only goes to the Dell logo and the softkey leds blink rapidly before booting back into the Rom. That is all for now.

Guys.!!! Dell venue n dell streak 5got same rom n environment hardware too just diffrence is venue is Hdpi n dell streak is Mdpi .so why do nt we join hands n make ics work for dell or on other hand u can take advantage of our dell streak 5 formus there r few good roms like longhorn 2.8 with Hdpi support for dell Venue and Dcs 1.1.which supports both hdpi n mdpi just need to edit build.prop n may be kernel....whish u all safe cooking ...n Friends in need friend indeed ..
