If I have the AMSS and DSP1 from Streakdroid 2.4.4 is that fine for use with Miui?

Can you do custom carrier logo or hide the carrier?

This are the launchers i found on the internet i was searching for a fix because of the FC. I find out that the problem comes from the fifth row when you install a application it FC becase i doens't know where to place it.

The amss and dsp1 files are the same for all the gingerbread ROMs... my goodness does no one read or take a moment to look for info on their own anymore?

Actually alot of us do. Thing is, when does it hurt to double check before messing things up. I see too many noobs NOT research only to wind up bitching that they bricked it. One thing Ill point out, when I got my DS5, I did look at this rom 1st. However I was on stock, JUST got done rooting it and preventing recovery from reinstalling over streak recovery. So being on stock, I was NOT on a GB amss and dsp1. Now looking at the OP for this rom, it makes no mention about that you must install these 1st. So thats why I went with Streakdroid 1st. It explained what was needed coming from stock. So yea, I personally wont assume. Tho.. that being said. Would be good to add that info to OP please.

I assume everyone using GB Rom in anyway, so u no need to flash amss n dsp.

Did u read 2nd n 3rd post, pririor.to posting? We just start questioning without reading threads.....even sometimes i do the same.
