[Q] Can I copy .apk files from one rom into another?

I want to flash a few different roms, but I hate having to downloa them all again from market etc...is there a way to trasnfer them from one rom to another and just install them?..If so where is the directory of them located?...I know this has probably been asked before, but I couldnt find my answer...Dirty

Hi,

Perhaps,you should consider ROM CLEANER
It makes a copy of all your apps,and re-installs them into your next ROM.

Copy /data/apps to sdcard and after flashing back to /data/apps and reboot

There was a script I think from baad I used on my desire try to look in insertcoin thread in desire, I'm on the phone, search will take me ages
