Not able to install script manager from market also downloaded SM apk from Google and try to install, saying 'application can't install' !?

how can i run the script?

I noticed most of the apk in my SD card can't be install now, previously it was working.

Do you have titanium backup installed?
If so,
- take a backup
- in CWM recovery, wipe data
- re-install ROM
- restore everything except "Lucky Patcher" and the likes..

Otherwise, I'll make a CWM flashable zip for you..

Fixed the download issue by installing marketFix app.

But after downloaded apps from market, not able to install or update anything !!!

Error : Package file is invalid. !! ??

What is your recovery version?
Also check for bad download.

It would be best to reformat and restore from titanium backup. Before restoring, check if market apps and other apps can be installed fine.
